This (4) hour course meets the minimum content required by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and legislatively mandated by Texas Legislators to be completed not later than the second anniversary of the date the officer is licensed and as a requirement for an Intermediate or Advance Proficiency Peace Officer License issued after January 1, 2016.
