This Workship represents the FIRST formal update to Field Training Programs since the San Jose Model was designed in 1972. This Workshop is designed for Field Training Officers, Supervisors, and Training Coordinators to assist in updating and developing Field Training Programs in law enforcement. This Workshop bridges the GAP in our Field Training Programs between Operational Training and the development of personnel by integrating an effective and measurable element of Emotional Intelligence.
